Routing between Physical Network and Virtual Network
-
I am in the process of setting up a homelab in my house. I have a simple diagram below to show my network. On the ESXI server, I am going to put a VM of pfsense, and 4 VMs of Windows Server 2016. One of the instances will be DC/DNS/DHCP. I am going to setup so the other 2016 Server VMs pull DHCP from the DC VM.
So my question is how can I set it up so that my home network stays separate from my homelab, where my home network pulls DHCP from my router, but my virtual network pulls DHCP from my DomainController VM, but at the same time I can still connect to the VMs? I know that a portion of this falls on the Virtual network setup, which I am working on, but what needs to be done on the pfsense vm appliance?
I do apologize if I put this in the wrong section on the forum.

Where is your smart switch? Kind of hard to create multiple network segments with no smart switch, or atleast multiple physical switches.
How many nics does the esxi server have? Are you going to continue to use your isp gateway for wifi?
You do understand that your vms do not have to be given access to your network at all.. Do they need internet?
