Ipsec problems

I had an older pfsense firewall and just upgraded to a new one.  I'm on 2.3.3 now.  I have IPSec configured to a cisco firewall, but only my cisco phone seems to be able to use it.  nothing else on the network works..  I would pay someone to help me with this…To either get ipsec working or maybe set up openconnect to connect to my work vpn using anyconnect.
