Question on ntp.log
-
Running SG-2440 & v2.3.4 release. My NTP log is not logging regularily and I'd like to know if I have something incorrectly configured or if it is doing what it is supposed to do.
This is the tail of my log from approx 24 hours ago:

I do have ntp server settings page defined for only LAN (ie: only lan is highlighted in the settings).I don't understand why there are no log entries since nearly 24 hrs ago. If I open the settings page and then save I get the above log entries.

The NTP service on pfSense will only log things when the NTP service is started/stopped/restarted.

OK, thanks. I was afraid something was not working correctly.
