Wan resets to 0.0.0.0

Hi everyone
I have a strange problem, from time to time my wan interface resets to 0.0.0.0 and there's no way to restore the connection except to reboot the whole server.
I managed to pin down the most likely culprit to be iTunes, it's mostly when I download movies when this happens.
Already tried to do a release and renew of the dhcp in my want to get a new ip from my isp router but without success. Only reboot works.Any ideas?

Ask your ISP about it. It's not PFsense problem.

I see something else between pfsense and ISP, what is that? Is it modem?
