Since leaving Virgin Media I now have an SuperHub on my hands which I would like to utilise as a wireless access point on my LAN.

Is this possible, and if so, how would I set it up?

Disable DHCP and give the device a static address on the network like 192.168.1.2, 255.255.255.0 with a gateway of 192.168.1.1 if a gateway is a option, if not don't worry about it. You're basically turning it into a switch at that point.

It's actually easier said than done… I didn't find the option of setting the gateway, and wouldn't have been able to work out how to do this without this post:-

but I do have it working now, and I guess it makes a decent wireless access point.
