I installed an SG-2220 for a client several months ago.  They attempted to update the device and ended up with a box that won't boot.  When I connected a console cable, all I see is:
      FreeBSD/x86 boot
      Default:  0:ad(0,a)"
      boot:

I downloaded the latest image to a USB flash drive.  What steps do I need to follow to re-install the image?  Thanks,

      SHull

Thanks, but the documentation says, "After a minute the pfSense loader menu will be displayed that contains options to Boot Multi User, Boot Single User, Escape to loader prompt, Reboot".  This machine never boots to the point where it displays the pfSense loader menu.

Make sure you are writing an image that includes "ADI" in the file name.
