Having an issue accessing my VPN from outside my network.  My VPN server is being hosted by my Synology NAS (L2TP/IPSEC) and I am able to connect locally.  I've created 3 rules to forward ports 4500,500,1701 to my NAS but when I test to see if the ports are open it says they are closed every time.  I did create a firewall rule in the NAS to allow traffic from those ports as well as attempting to turn the firewall off as well (just to test)…any ideas?
