https://pkg.pfsense.org/ is down and cannot continue update pfsense to newest version.

      Stucked at https://pkg.pfsense.org/pfSense_v2_3_4_amd64-pfSense_v2_3_4/All/strongswan-5.5.1_1.txz

"pkg.pfsense.org’s server DNS address could not be found."

      Please check.

it clearly does not have a dns problem…  Seems you have a lack of understanding what record is used..

              This is normal :

              [2.3.4-RELEASE][admin@pfsense.brit-hotel-fumel.net]/root: ping pkg.pfsense.org
ping: cannot resolve pkg.pfsense.org: No address associated with name

"pkg.pfsense.org" has no A record, neither AAAA.
              'ping' won't work.
"pkg.pfsense.org" has NO web server listing on port 80 - neither 443 (https).
All is well, actually. "Internet'" is much more as mail transferring and web pages.

              This works :

              [2.3.4-RELEASE][admin@pfsense.brit-hotel-fumel.net]/root: pkg upgrade

regardless, upgrading fails because it cant access pkg.pfsense.org while i have no problem on this on previous upgrading.

nevermind the thread topic.  it was a miracle today when I tried to update, it updated.  I have don't nothing else to try to fix the problem but it just worked today and i have finished updating.

I dont know what, who fixed it but sure not in my side.
