I use pfSense on a Intel NUC54250. Incoming WAN goes to a Netgear GS108E and I use 1 Vlan for the WAN and 1 Vlan for my LAN.
This has been working well for a year now, no issues with up/down speed. Last week we changed ISP and upgraded from a 100Mbit to a 1000Mbit plan and since then the upload speed has been very low.
Upload speed used to be ~125Mbit on my previous plan, now it's ~90, and it should be Gbit. Download speed is in the area of ~900Mbit so that's fine.

I've tested the LAN throughput using filetransfers and Iperf, it's Gbit speed.
Iperf between pfSense and LAN clients is also done at Gbit speed.
Dashboard indicates 1000baseT <full-duplex>  on WAN and LAN.
I¨ve tested with a laptop and connected it straight to the WAN, it gets Gbit speed in both directions.

      Dmesg

      em0: <intel(r) 1000="" pro="" network="" connection="" 7.6.1-k=""> port 0xf080-0xf09f mem 0xf7d00000-0xf7d1ffff,0xf7d2c000-0xf7d2cfff irq 20 at device 25.0 on pci0
      em0: Using an MSI interrupt
      em0: netmap queues/slots: TX 1/1024, RX 1/1024</intel(r)>

Does anyone have an idea of what's wrong?</full-duplex>
