Tracking cable modem signal quality

Is there a package for pfsense to track cable modem upstream and downstream power levels and SNR? This has helped me on another firewall software in the past with debugging connection issues with the ISP. Thank you in advance for your feedback.

I can't think of anything else but SNMP that would be capable of that, anything else is going to be too device specific to make it into pfSense.

Thanks for the suggestion and I do remember that the package I used for the previous firewall did require customization to my modem. Initial research shows that the snmp approach may be fruitful, but i will likely not be able to display the graphs in pfsense.
