2 wan and 2 vlan

I am new to the field and want to check if I should install pfsense

I have 2 vdsl
A: Filtered
B: Normal

I want everyone who is in vlan1 to connect with A
And anyone who is in vlan 2 will connect with B
But I need both of them to print on the same printer

In addition I have a computer connected to vlan1 that needs to connect via rdp to a computer in vlan 2 but will get internet from A (filtered)
Is it possible to be linked to another vlan only in one port?
