Dual wan dynamic (Ethernet) and LTE

I have set up dual wan many times over but it has always been in situation where I am using a static IP and so I must assign a gateway.  I have a test set up that I am working on which uses Dynamic on interface and second interface is LTE connection PPP assigned to OpT interface.

Any help much appreciated.
