HAProxy - adding additional certificates

I've added some additional certificates under the "SSL Offloading" section of my Frontend, but they are not showing up in the automatically generated configuration file.  Why is that?

Also, what is the purpose of the "Add ACL for certificate CommonName." & "Add ACL for certificate Subject Alternative Names." options and how do they differ from each other?
