      Hi all

Just to be sure and get things right. I assume the Netgate CPIC-8955 is supported by pfsense 2.3.4 natively.

Am i correct in supposing that if i plug the Netgate CPIC-8955 in my Supermicro 5018A-FTN4 and switch off "Cryptographic Hardware AES-NI CPU-based Acceleration" (in pfSense Advanced Settings) my IPsec VPN traffic will get speeded up?

My goal would be to get more VPN performance on a 1/1GB WAN Interface.

Any help or feedback is greatly appreciated.

      Klaas
