        I've recently installed the package "BandwithD" from the standard package-repository, that will give you the totals of traffic per IP-adres. (from the WAN or the LAN side, check config)

          For this you would have many options:
          1. Aliasses in firewall rules;
          2. pfBlockerNG, a package made by BBCan (+recommended+);
          3. Squid together with Squidguard;
          4. E2guardian, made by MarcelloC;
          5. EDIT: Overrides in DNS forwarder/resolver
          6. I'm sure I forgot something  ;D

              Of course.

              pfBlockerNG has many, many, many, blocklists.
