I'm setting up Snort for the first time and I've had a look at the documentation but am not sure about rule sets.

I've got an Oink Code. If I have an Oink Code but for a FREE, not paid account, should I still select Snort GPLv2 Community Rules in addition to Snort VRT Rules? I'm still not sure after reading various web pages.
