Connecting on Console on SG-4860

i cannot even connect on web starting i restored my back up .since the restart button doesnt show any respond,i tried using this https://forum.pfsense.org/index.php?topic=93252.0 and i managed to connect on my SG-4860 on console .but it displays  . can you guys please help me?or just give me any suggestion how can i access my device again.

If you restored the backup from another pfSense router, you likely don't have console selected as a default output (or perhaps at a different baud rate).
