Internet Bandwidth usage and Local traffic

Hope all are doing fine,i am totally newbie to pfsense.i just wanna know how can i know the
1. internet bandwidth(avg/day,users,download and upload) .
2. LAN traffic details(avg day traffic and data size).
3. Ip vpn data download upload size.
here am attaching the sheets which i want to fill.
