      • pfSense [two networks - LAN:192.168.1.1 and WAN:10.10.10.10] is acting as

      • DHCP server

      • DNS forwarder

      • Firewall/Router

      • VM2 - connected to LAN: 192.168.1.15 with gateway and dns to pfsense: 192.168.1.1

      • ServerA: proxy server  - 10.10.10.200:8080

For the pfSense itself to connect to the ServerA and get the updates and stuff, i have configured it under: System –> Advanced --> Miscellaneous --> Proxy support: Proxy URL 10.10.10.200 and Proxy Port: 8080

However, the VM2 machine tries for updates or lets say to install for instance "yum install telnet" it doesn't work.

I already tried to use Squid but couldn't really set it up i suppose.

Could anyone direct me on how to achieve this.?

      thanks

      Fred
