Unable to see updates.pfsense.org from update menu

Help, I’m seriously confused about this one!
I have a couple of pfsense vm’s in series, 3 out of 4 are getting to the updates stie.
But one of them can’t see it. https://updates.pfsense.org/_updaters/amd64 that is.

I have tried to ping it, and that works fine, I’d tried the socket based ping a and that works.
So I don’t believe it’s the routing.

I also try the port test, for updates.pfsense.org and the two IP address, and they both connect and I can see the flows through the up firewalls.
So it all should be working! But its not!!!

Any ideas on where I should be looking next?
