This Adapter is based on two Intel® 82575GB network controller chips.
        Intel Pro/1000 VT

Based on the document it should work. Thanks for any feedback.

The igb(4) driver from FreeBSD / pfSense is supporting that network adapter (NIC)!
        FreeBSD igb(4) driver

This adapter is only sold and served from OEM partners and this partners can be flashed their own firmware image
on that cards, if so done, it is also not really safe to answer that this adapter will be then even supported by the
igb(4) driver in pfSense or the underlying FreeBSD.

Thank you for the update. I was given this NIC and thought I would investigate the situation. I have another operating Intel NIC in production but might try the Intel Pro 100 / VT and see if it will operate in that environment.
