Probably their network adapter has public zone assigned, change it to private.

This. But I would also check their network adaptor settings. Are these users on static IP or DHCP? If on static make sure it's pointing to proper DNS and default gateways. If on DHCP. Make sure there is no custom entry for DNS etc…
Change the zone type back to private if it is not already and run some flushs.
cmd
ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /registerdns
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renewSounds more like a Microsoft OS issue, not a PFSense issue. Could be from recent updates or network changes.

i am using 2.3.3 with one lan and 5 vlan and on the other side i am using 3 WAN
Are the 5 VLAN inside of this LAN or is this more in the meaning that there will be one LAN plus (+) 5 VLANs?
I ask this only because in normal each VLAN will getting his own DHCP server and they are all separated each from another one,
but if there is one DHCP server in the LAN and 5 others each in his own VLAN so the 5 can´t see other one but perhaps the
DHCP server from the LAN then?everything was working great about 2 days ago but now my 20 users out of 50 having yellow triangle sign in the task bar stating
there is no internet connectivity but actually they are able to access internetHow long will be the lease time for each DHCP entry?
Perhaps at least 2 days long??and on the other side i am using 3 WAN
How did you configured them out?
Load balancing with policy based routing and failover rules?
Who did you configured your WAN group and rules? -
thanks everyone for your suggestions but its not an OS problem its actually due to Squid when i disable Squid everything gets fine but you know without squid there is no filtration so what would be the reason that squid behaving like this ?
would really appreciate your suggestions

Squid is probably breaking the HTTPS cert chain if I was to guess.
