Radius Server - Service cannot Start up

I use Pfsense current latest version.
I try to install different packages available.
I install Radius 2 to use with Captive Portal for my School.
While I try to Login, It give Error: Error sending request: No valid RADIUS responses

I go and check the Service Status & Radius Service is Stop.
I try to run it up. It still cannot startup

Can Somone Help me?
