      Hi all

I have been running PFSense for quite a while now, I was setup with 2 WAN connections (PPPOE and Static IP).

      PPPOE - 50 / 8
      Static - 50 / 12

All configurations have been made as per the documentation and for a year or more now, speedtest, net etc have been reporting 100 / 20 fairly steadily.

Since a couple of months ago, I have only started seeing 50Mbit on the downstream speed test, but 20 up.
So it appears that the downstream isn't balancing like it was before, but the upstream is…

If I disable the LAN outbound load balancing rule, It observes the first failover rule and I get the correct single connection speed.  THen I disable this first failover rule so it his the third.  Again, I get the correct speed from ISP 2........

This means each ISP connection is working at the correct speed, but for some reason my downstream speedtest isn't combining...

Any ideas?  I have deleted all Multi Wan config and recreated but its still the same.

      Any help is appreciated thanks!

P.S I am running: (Upgraded to dev release as I read somewhere that this fixed someone else's issue, didn't for me...)
