Firmware upgrade bricked SG1000 and can't download firmware
New to pfsense. As reported in previous posts, a firmware upgrade rendered my new device unusable:
Problem is, I had not yet registered for gold community support. Now I can't look up my "Netgate device ID" and I'm basically locked out.
The Netgate Device ID should be on the sticker on the bottom. If it is not, PM your serial number from said sticker or open a ticket at customercare.netgate.com.
The Netgate Device Id isn't present anywhere in the sticker or packaging. I've PMd you with S/N and MAC if that helps. Thank you.
