SquidGuard not blocking sites

I have squid + SquidGuard install everything work fine for a  while but now SquidGuard is not blocking any blacklist sites

Here are my  squidGuard.conf  squid.conf

Pls disable ACL currentblacklist  an test

disable ACL currentblacklist still not blocking anything on the black list

so i reinstall  still no luck

disable blacklist on General page
set Default rule as '–-' for all items
set Default rule All as 'deny'

Test how now blocked ?
