Block Netflix… i know how but, what is this?

Hi to all.
Im blocking some sites like youtube, netflix, and spotify.
I put some ips that i found here, for example http://bgp.he.net/search?search%5Bsearch%5D=youtube&commit=Search

And it''s working… but, what are this AS36561, AS11344 and how can i used them?? if i use that i need to block the other ips too?

I ask this because there was a lot of ip to block...........

afaik pfBlocker can use AS numbers to block those.
