Command to summarise and report DNS requests?

Hi guys,

I've been fiddling with mail report, I'd like to have a report thats sent to my email every day or every few days which summarises the most requested DNS hostnames.

Figured there's probably a command for Linux in general which can output the contents of the DNS Resolver log file, count the number of entries for each line of "resolving hostname.com" and order these in an output?

Any ideas guys? This is a bit out of my Linux skillset :/
