Traffic shaper wizard broken

I just updated to the latest releng_1 and the traffic shaper wizard apears to be broken. After advancing to step 2 the wizard starts in a loop bringing my back to step 1 again. Although this message was not dispayed, here is the URI:


wizard.php?xml=traffic_shaper_wizard.xml&stepid=&message=Upload%20or%20download%20speeds%20cannot%20be%20empty!

FYI - The upload and download speeds were not empty.

Hmmm, we commit'd something yesterday. I'll see what more needs to be done.
