Every time i go to my website or public forwarded service lets say game.hostname.com or just hostname.com it will just simple connect me to the PFsense web config page Now before i put my modem/gateway into bridgemode i could simple just type hostname.com or set my games to game.hostname.com and it would auto dirrect to the machine without using its internal ip address. Now other people outside of my network may connect and see it just fine and due to some of the services i'm hosting they don't like to work on just listing the internal ip or they mess up abit due to they was using the hostname to forward certain people to lets say a server online control panel at panel.hostname.com So now instead of the service that uses panel.hostname.com showing its connected its error out due to its trying to connect to the PFsense control panel and not its panel.hostname.com service
i'm pretty new to PFsense so this was a head scratch for me and there is not really any topic from what google shows to me on this issue
