TP-LINK TG-3468 drivers ?

How to install TP-LINK TG-3468 device drivers on pfsense ?
-
Why do you think you need to?
This card is based on a Realtek chip which usually is already there.
If you cannot see the card in pfSense as available interface, chances are that the card is defective. Realtek is cheap so it's pretty likely. -
how to resolve this matter?

Which ideas do you already try?
I'd try to use a different card in the pfSense host or put this card into another computer running a different OS.

That card should be supported by re(4) and has been for some time. Installing drivers is not something you would generally do in pfSense.
Check the boot log for error messages from the driver:
cat /var/log/dmesg.boot
Check the IDs reported by the device if no driver is attaching to it. Look for devices on type noneX with class 'network':
pciconf -lv
