      Hi there,

we use some SG2440 in our company but one of them have pfsense Community version instead of Factory version. Here at https://www.pfsense.org/download/ i can find only ADI community; i tried embeeded install but i got community anyway.

Then i went to https://portal.pfsense.org/members/member/index , logged in but nothing was available for download there.

What to do? How to get pfsense ADI Factory version now?

      Thanks in advance

Was the hardware registered under your account? If so, it should offer a firmware link on the portal page.

Is it possible they purchased an RCC version from the Netgate store that did not ship with the factory firmware?

If you contact our support team someone can look up the serial number and help you track that info down.

          Hi,

thanks for quick reply. No Netgate in this case i personally ordered them from you but setup and stuff was made by a colleague that s not working anymore with us. Ok i got the serial what's now? support by mail or phone?

Related to https://portal.pfsense.org/members/member/index i get back the original account (first registered) and it says "You have no active subscriptions", also i cannot see any registered serial machine there.

On your site i can find https://portal.pfsense.org/ for paid subscription we don't have.

          Thank you
