      Where to begin…
Once upon a time I played with Pfsense and it worked out ok.. now I am trying again.

At first I couldn't get internet access on my main pc, but now I have.. Now in addition I am trying to attach my other wireless router which is flashed with DD-WRT.
It is connected to other devices which needs to be able to connect with my main pc also.
I have been able to get it on the network, but no internet access again when trying with my phone.

All I can think of it has to do with... Routing.. gateway.. possibly the IP's i assigned? not being in right order. Since there is network, but no exit to the internet.

Here is attempted diagram if any help for helping.

And here are some screenshots of setup.

In picture above, I imagine I want the gateway to be same as with my other "lan" on my main pc, but I just can't seem to get it that way.

      The DD-WRT.

I kinda just given up for now, and know some is probably hell wrong.
If someone can tell me what I am doing wrong, OR have a super link on just this, it be great.

        Hi,

I dont see any picture in your post. I do run the configuration you are asking for. The way i have done is, my router is hooked to second NIC card which would be OPT1. The opt1 add is for example 192.168.10.1. with dhcp starting from 192.168.10.50 to 192.168.10.150
I filled up setup page as
        connection type - diasbled
local address  - 192.168.10.2 (which is ouside dhcp pool specified for opt1)
subnet mask - whatever you chose in pfsense opt1 setup - mine is 255.255.255.0
        gateway 192.168.10.1
        Local DNS 192.168.10.1
        DHCP server  -disable

and then under administration tab - half way down there is routing option - which is disabled,

if this is not working please update your pics and explain whats not working. I would be happy to help,
        thanks,

No pictures at all ?  :(, I can see all 4 here.

Are we talking the same setup?.. but mine was also named OPT1, the one I wanted to configure for my other router, WAN and LAN already setup of course. 3 ports, and the 3rd onboard one I wanted to configure for the router.

Thanks for help, will test later!. I have had to put project aside for a moment, I had borrowed a graphics card for setup, but my old motherboard apperently can't be made to boot without.

          Will be back! :).

                Yep, true. Thanks.
I tried to, but for some reason i didn't get that to work, also i wanted the pictures in a select order so i could write bit of text by each. Didn't know if it just would bunch them up in attachment at the end of post.

Since making this post I have realized that i been making it more complicated than necessary, for what I want and need. I will simply just add a switch and connect everything up to it, instead of trying to have my main PC directly hooked up and separate from other devices.

Also found this post which much better sums up what I initially wanted to do. "Bridge LAN ports to act like a switch".. but will just get a switch.
