Sites cannot reach each other, but mobileclients can reach both

Hi all,

I have two sites (both PfSense 2.3.4) connected to each other over IPSEC, Site A is my main site, and site B is another building. Mobile clients that connect to site A can reach Site A and B, but Site A cannot reach Site B and vice versa. Both sites van an allow any rule set on the IPSEC interface. Both sites also log traffic that matches that rule.  The logs on Site A show traffic passing, but on site B, nothing gets recorded. Where do I start to troubleshoot this? Thank you.
