[solved]pfsense embedded 1.2.1 RC2 fails on soekris net5501-70

Hi,
I've tried the new version today and the soekris doesn't look able to boot the new img.
After the countdown -> silence

Used following command to write the new image:
dd if=pfSense-1.2.1-RC2-Embedded.img of=/dev/sde1 bs=16k

md5sum of the downloaded img is correct.

Any ideas?
