      Hi,

I am using the 1.2 release pfsense.  I have 4 intel nics in the firewall.  I want to create two bridges, every bridge is connected to a seperated network and they need to stay seperate.  So WAN+LAN is a bridge for network1 and OPT1(WAN)+OPT2(LAN) is a bridge for network1.  WAN is the provider, and LAN is the internal switch.

However it does not work.  When I go to the interface status tab, all intefaces are listed as bridge0.  I checked on LAN bridge with WAN and I checked on OPT2 bridge with OPT1.

However I suspected to have bridge0 en bridge1.  Is there anything I did wrong, or is this a limitation?  Or can I fix this by hacking in the configuration file?

      Thank you very much.

when checking with ifconfig.  bridge0 has all the members.  And this is wrong.  There should be a bridge0 and a bridge1.  Is this a limitation of the 1.2 version?  Or am I doing something wrong?

Can you try 1.2.1 it should handle this better.
Also if it does not work your option might be 2.0.

But you have to provide more details to give a resolution.

I tried 1.2.1 and it has the same issue.

What kind of details do you need?

            I want to have 2 bridges: bridge0:lan+wan bridge1:opt1+opt2

if you set this in the webinterface then you have one bridge (look onder system, interfaces): bridge0: lan+wan+opt1+opt2

              Anyone?

Is there a way to create bridge0 and bridge1?  Or isn't this in 1.2?  Is this going to be in 2.0?

              Thanks
