I'm currently testing an old board with pfsense 2.3.4

      MSI IM-945GSE-A / MS-9830-A
      Atom N270

Even though it has dual Intel 82574L GbE LAN only one of them gets detected (em0).

I read through the old posts, but couldn't find anyone with this problem.
I've tried many BIOS settings with no result (disabled all par/ser ports, etc).

      cat /var/log/dmesg.boot

      Any ideas?
