How do you setup TFTP server

Hi.
Could you help me how I can use the TFTP option and the Additional Boot/DHCP option?
Is there a guide for this?
EDIT: Forgot to menition, that I want to use it for PXE boot. I have a QNAP where I want to have the files for the installation of my OS.

Is there a kind soul that could help me getting started.
My version is 2.3.4-RELEASE (amd64).
I will use the solution for PXELinux, so what kind of files do I need.
