I can't run ANY speed tests.
Deleting custom DNSBL feeds do not actually remove them from the system and will continue to be used until you manually delete their files.
As stated above, reload uses the EXISTING DOWNLOADED FILES. Deleting the custom feeds leave their downloaded files on your system thus they will continue being used!!! -
Probably a dumb question… Are you running any sort of packages that block things?

I am running a lot of ads & malware blocking in firewall and in browser with ublock and have zero problems.
Try to find where your problem come from; disable pfblockerng and check browser.

Those things usually go haywire eventually.
