After upgrade from 1.2 to 1.2.1RC2, when firewalls are working i get locked out from them. It seems like disk error to me, but the firewalls both ran without problems for long time with 1.2 and this problem never occurred. It's also hard to believe BOTH machines lost their disk at the same time.
I've attached screenshots from the error before; after hard reboot everything works normal again.

      what kind of hardware?

that's a FreeBSD regression it appears, nothing we (pfSense developers) can do about it unfortunately.

Yeah I took a really quick look. It seems it got fixed in 7.1. I'll try and use different hard drive settings / controller or move back to 1.2 (6).

Lol, now it works perfectly on jMicron sata controler but only when it's in RAID mode set in BIOS. :-)

It only looked like it. Actually it's the same. I'm going back to freebsd 6 based pfsense.
