I would like the client to ignore ipv6
Is it possibile to set dhcpv4 pfsense server to say clients to ignore ipv6?
      I don't need ipv6 in my lan

If you don't need ipv6 on your lan, then don't allow it.  Don't set it ipv6 on your lan interface..

If your to stop your clients from sending out ipv6 noise - that would be on the client.. Windows can be chatty as shit for ipv6, especially when its not actually available.. It tries everything under the sun to get ipv6 to work.. Teredo, 6to4, isatap, etc.

And yeah will send out ipv6 noise all the time… If you don't want ipv6 on your lan clients - then best thing is to turn if off on the clients.  With windows its a simple reg key..
        reg add hklm\system\currentcontrolset\services\tcpip6\parameters /v DisabledComponents /t REG_DWORD /d 255

Reboot... to put it back how it was... Just delete the key and reboot again
        reg delete hklm\system\currentcontrolset\services\tcpip6\parameters\ /v DisabledComponents /f

This will get rid of all the teredo, isatap and 6to4 interfaces as well..

While it can be done via gpo, there is no way to send out info in the ipv4 dhcp lease to tell client to not use ipv6.

One thing to bear in mind is that if IPv6 is not enabled on your network, you'll only get link local IPv6 addresses.  These start with fe80.  Other than neighbor advertisements, there won't be much else.  However, if you're running a Home Group network you need the link local addresses.  It won't work without them.  So, if you don't need IPv6 on the network, then there's really not much to do, as you won't have it, unless configred.

          I haven't lost my mind. It's around here...somewhere...
