2 systems, only one sees upgrade to 2.4

Hi,  I have 2 pfsense routers, only one sees the upgrade to 2.4, the other one doesn't see it?  Also, the update settings list is different on the two,  see below:

32 bit install?

Select development branch, save.
Check for updates, but don't install any.
Select stable branch, save.
Check for updates, again.
View what branches are now available?

Or on console try to run perhaps?: pkg update -f
And see if any error messages are shown there?

I have 1 with a 32 bit install and that is exactly how it looks…
