Download speeds abyssmal when uploads are phenominal

Hi!

I have a new install of pfsense 2.4, on my ESX 6.5i box. I gave it 4 cores, 4gb of memory, and 30gb of SSD. When I first set it up, I was getting 960mb/940mb. But an hour or two of setting up openvpn, and dhcp, and some firewall rules, it seems my download speeds went down the hole. Any ideas as to what could have caused it? The OpenVPN was to act as a server. I even shut the service off just to see. These are my odd results now:

Also one more odd thing, how do I delete a Firewall Rule group when I no longer need it? I can't even rename it…
