Passing Custom Changes to ntopng

Is there an easy way to pass some parameters to it?

I tried editing the startup and that didn't seem to stick around. I use a reverse proxy to secure ntopng and need to add in the -Z /ntopng and I'd like to disable authentication as well since I use apache to lock it down.
