Direct routing from WAN to IpSec not working

Hello.
I'm trying to send traffic, which coming from WAN, to IpSec tunnel, but no luck.
Generally  IpSec tunnel working fine and no any issues.
Also, when i try to send request from LAN (172.16.30.0/24) to WAN (WAN IP1: 88.198.NN.NN) it works fine. (NAT features enabled)
Firewall Rule created and working fine (source and destination - any to any, just specific port)

I've tried to use dcpdump for getting information, but i cannot see full chain of traffic, it shows me just initial packet from outside.

How i can understand what is going on?
