      Hi,

I've update a new pfsense from 2.2.x to 2.4.1. It's worked fine for few hours when it crashed. After 8 hours, it's crash again.

      I've attach the "crash report".

Can anyone tell me if there is something useful in the crash report?

      Thank you

Do you have limiters+pfSync ? It has some known issues.. workaround available in comment #44: https://redmine.pfsense.org/issues/4310#note-44

          Hi,

When the firewall crashed the limiter was active in a firewall rule.

After that i've disabled the limiter in the firewall rule and now the pfsense does not crash from 3 days.

I read your link but in my case Pfsync is not active but will be in the future.

I will do some other test.

          Thank you

            Hi,

The workaround work fine. My system is stable from 2 weeks.

Now i've another problem. The state tables is cleared every time i applied a modify. It's another bug?

            Thank you

Havn't heard of that happening.. might be gateway is detecting some up/down event on the gateway and resetting states? But i would expect that to happen only for gateway/route related changes being applied..
