Ever since the upgrade to 2.4x I need to stop / start the zabbix agent.
This is on all the 5 2.4 Pfsense packages I have out there.

In the log there is no indication that it tried to start the agent.

      I have these files

      ls -altr /usr/local/etc/rc.d/zabbix_agentd*

      -r-xr-xr-x  1 root  wheel  1837 Oct  8 23:52 /usr/local/etc/rc.d/zabbix_agentd
      -rwxr-xr-x  1 root  wheel   772 Oct 31 12:42 /usr/local/etc/rc.d/zabbix_agentd.sh

The file /usr/local/etc/rc.d/zabbix_agentd.sh is created upon selecting the checkbox in the pfsense's webIF.
The file is removed after unchecking it.

This explains the recent date of the zabbix_agentd.sh file
I have no explanation why it does not start the daemon upon startup of the system.

        Is this still happening?

zabbix_agentd.sh is the rc script from pfSense.
zabbix_agentd is the rc installed with the FreeBSD port.
