2.4.1 Install with Recover Config.xml option

I would like to install pfSense 2.4.1 over my current 2.3.4p1 installation using the "recover config.xml" option.
When I select option 3: recover config.xml, it prompts for the partition where the config.xml is located. I select the disk were my 2.3.4p1 is currently installed. It is listed twice, but differently (as sd.. and as a diskinfo with serial #). Does it matter which one I choose?
After I select the partition of my current 2.3.4p1 installation, I am being returned to the installation menu again. Should the installation process automatically start instead? I am not really sure if the installation program was able to find the config.xml. Should I next select "option 1: Install pfSense" to continue with the installation after selecting option 3: recover config.xml"?

Pick either one – they are both listed because they are both valid ways to access the disk and we can't predict what device name or label the user knows the disk by, so it lists them all.

Just pick the option to start the install, it doesn't start automatically. The recover option will (very briefly) print a message of success or failure, it's easier to see with a serial console but it's there on VGA if you can catch it, it just doesn't pause after.

I finally upgraded using the "recover config.xml" option with no problems. After selecting the "recover config.xml" and specifying the partition where my current pfSense 2.3.4p1 was installed, the screen (using IPMI) flashed quickly and then returned to the main install menu. I selected the Install option and chose the ZFS default install. I took all ZFS defaults since I only have 1 disk.
The installation process was surprisingly quick and when the system rebooted, all my current configurations were intact. I was also surprised to see the pfBlockerNG package automatically updated during the reboot.

Priceless feature!
Though over KVM I bit the nails during install as I did not see this notification [yes or no], everything went flawless, from 2.3.4 > 2.4.2
