Ntop is missing a dependency / library link under 1.2.1-RC2 built on Sat Dec 6 15:32:05 EST 2008

Install is not followed by a load of ntop. CLI reveals that librrd_th.so.2 is missing. Linking to librrd.so.2 appears to solve the problem.

So, the librrd_th issue is an old one.
The CPU problem has not beset me yet.

To clarify, the command to link it is:

        ln -s /usr/local/lib/librrd.so.2  /usr/local/lib/librrd_th.so.2

libgdbm is a dependency of the freeradius package.  Install that and see if ntop loads.  I expect it will.  If so, post back as the ntop package then has a dependency bug.

Has anyone got a working ntop with a recent RC2 (yesterday or today)?

Installing ntop now craps out RRD across the system for me:
