Wan to Lan Printing

I searched, for a few hours, and haven't found what I am doing wrong. I am new to everything pfsense and firewall rules.

Here is what I am trying to do.
I have a Staff network
192.168.60.X
and a PF Sense box with a WAN Interface
192.168.11.1
and a LAN Interface
192.168.10.1

I have a printer
192.168.10.2

I am trying to print from my computer in the .60 network.

I can ping .11.1 without a problem

but I can't see anything in the .10 network.

I have tried opening all traffic for both WAN and LAN interfaces. still no good. I also tried opening the 9100 port to the printer and manually using the 192.168.10.2 address in the printer drivers.

I think it's a firewall rule or a NAT problem. But have no idea what I am doing wrong.

Any advice anyone can offer would be great.
